Christmas means different things to different people. For some, it is a time to show love and inspire others, and for many it is a time to have fun.

This year, many Ghanaian stars used social media to wish family, friends and fans well with some going as far as having special photo shoots to accompany their messages for the season.

Others went further to use the Christmas season to reach out to the needy in society and give back!

Nana Aba Anamoah and Sandra Ankobia

Sandra Ankobiah and Nana Aba Anamoah spent Christmas day with police personnel at various traffic intersections and police stations. The gesture was necessitated by what they believe is a neglect for personnel working throughout the season to ensure peace and safety on our roads and communities. ‘the police service has been great throughout the year. On Christmas day and other holidays, they still work tirelessly to keep us safe. This is the least we could do’. Supported by Entertainment journalist Adwoa Amofa Osei and Business man, Halim Musah, the two treated personnel to lunch and drinks. An impressed Chief Crime Officer at the East Legon Police Station, DSP Abena Benewaa said ‘it was the first time anyone had reached out to personnel on Christmas day. Mostly people ta“rget inmates. What Nana Aba and Sandra did today is the first time in history anyone has thought of personnel on duty on Christmas day. We thank Sandra and Nana Aba for this show of love. We are very grateful”. Nana Aba thanked police service for their service and dedication.
