Beyonce and her twins – a boy and girl — were released from the UCLA Medical Center in June.

Recall that shortly after news confirmed the arrival of the twins, sources close to the family revealed that they were still in the hospital due to a minor issue.

TMZ later revealed that the twins were born premature and had to be treated for jaundice.
