If the love is real, can you post your lover on social media?
That is the question Akwaboah has been asking fans on social media the past couple of days.
With anticipation building to the release of his new singe ‘Posti Me’, the discussions on social media have centered on whether posting your lover is indeed a good idea or proof enough of your love.
Some have also focused on the likely troubles this presents to those who find it impossible to post their lovers on social media for ‘nefarious’ reasons. For such, the advent of face masks should make it be easy to join the challenge.
Perhaps this would trigger a real conversation about Love and relationships vis-a-vis the dos and don’ts of modern day social media.
#PostiMe has been trending all week with some already taking the lead to post their special ones on social media. Others have also sent ‘friendly warnings’ to the musician to stop creating problems for them. Whether in favour or not, hopefully people from either side of the fence will enjoy the song once it is released.
Akwaboah’s new single Posti Me drops on Sunday 17th May 2020 and is available on iTunes, YouTube, Spotify, Boomplay and other digital platforms.
